No effort was put forth on their part to give me proof … just their customer service team telling me, in a message, that I did receive the third pack. I also let them know that if they could provide proof that they did credit my account, I would be more than happy to contact the App Store and have them reverse the refund. InnoGames promptly put my diamonds into a negative state, so I can no longer advance in the game, and after going back and forth with their customer service team, was simply told - WITH NO PROOF - that I did, indeed, receive the third pack … which I did not.
